How to take/Dosage
As an oral liquid food supplement for children, take four (4) sprays daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the stated dose. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Once opened use within 90 days. Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place.
